**Q:** Where are these machines made?
**A:** So, this is quite a dense subject, but the simple answer is our product is made in China, but it is rigorously tested and inspected in Lancaster, NY by one of our experienced technicians.
Every unit is pulled out of the box and reviewed for vacuum leaks, control board functionality, aesthetics, full vacuum draw using an atmospheric pressure gauge, and more. Our units are based off of a rudimentary design in China, but our lead experts created a proprietary design for our units.
JVR Industries has been in the business since 1972. So, we know a thing or two about vacuum packaging. Our service techs still service units that are 20+ years old! We plan on servicing our JVR VacSeries for the same amount of time! Our business carries multiple lines of units. We rebuild $100K units called rollstock thermoformers and we even recondition Busch vacuum pumps in-house! We have distributed multiple lines of vacuum sealers from several origins including, but not limited to, Germany, Canada, Europe, and China. We believe our commercial service history is what sets us apart from any other company in the market.
